The Winter Bib Tight with Pad (Men's) is a warm, fleece-backed bib tight for winter. It is recommended for cold weather riding between 0°C - 15°C (32 °F - 60°F). This winter bib tight uses a fleece-backed lycra that is made using hollow yarns. These yarns create an air-based insulation layer that is lightweight and warmThis Winter Bib Tight uses  the same long-distance chamois in our popular long distance bib shorts.

It comes with ankle zippers (locks in place and doesn't move) that makes this bib tight easy to slip on and off. The leg opening is hemmed with a strip of silicone that prevents them from creeping up during a ride.

A strip of reflective material at the zipper adds a touch of visibility.

About this Thermal Fabric :

We took care in choosing a thermal fabric that makes this winter bib tight a joy to use on your cold rides. The fabric has a wide operational temperature range, making it versatile. This fabric has the following features :

  • Recommended for temperatures between 0°C - 15°C (32 °F - 60°F)**
  • Hydrophobic Treatment - repels light rain & road spray
  • Brushed Inner Fleece for soft on-skin feel
  • Piling-Resistant
  • Contains Hollow Yarns - uses the thermal properties of air to insulate you against the cold while remaining lightweight, like a polar bear's fur
  • Polyamide on the outside of the fabric and polyester on the inside against the skin allows sweat to evaporate. Polyester yarn has a low hygroscopicity, that absorbs little water, while the polyamide yarn has a hygroscopicity that’s 3x higher. The difference of hygroscopicity between the two fibres quickly transports moisture to the outside of the fabric. Your body stays dry and comfortable
Available in 2 Inseam Lengths:

This winter bib tight is available in 2 inseam lengths - Regular & 4" Shorter Inseam. The 4" Shorter inseam version is a Regular Length with 4" taken off the legs. It's tailored for riders who need bibshorts with shorter legs.

For example : A 180 lbs (81kg) rider who is 5 foot 6" would need a size XL or 2XL for his girth. However, the size XL (Regular) or 2XL (Regular) will be too long for him. He will need the size XL (4" Shorter Inseam) or size 2XL (4" Shorter Inseam) for his 5 foot 6" height.

The ONLY bibs I wear for 3+ Hour Rides

I’ve done 8 hour/150 mile outdoor rides in these bibs, along with 6 hour Zwift sessions indoors. Absolute comfort without feeling like a diaper. Saddle comfort really comes down to a proper bike fit, and these are just the icing on the cake. My favorite feature is the shape of the chamois which doesn’t chafe where my thighs hit the saddle. A+ would recommend.

    Best Winter Bibs!

I recently purchased these winter bibs and they are of the highest quality. I'm very pleased with these. I had pair (different brand) that were decent but the RW's are superior. The thick padding is so nice and I find that these keep me much warmer than my old ones ever did. Overall, I'm a big fan of RW's in general. They are my go to now.

Sizing info: I'm 6'1" and weigh 165 lbs and the Large ones fit me perfectly.

    Bib tights in Shorter length

In UK winter I have tended to use 3/4 length bib tights as full length tights are too long and end up bunching at the ankles. The Shorter (4 inch shorter) are ideal as they are the right length. I’m a chunky 168cm/5’6” 62 year old, and opt for the 2XL. I have both XL and 2XL in bib shorts but prefer a slightly roomier size (these are generally 1-2 sizes smaller than UK/European sizing). So far all bibs have performed well. The pads are deep and take a little getting used to the feel but are just right on the hoods or drops, directly supporting the sit bones. Pricing is reasonable for quality end bibs.

    RedWhite Apparel wins again!

I've had other brand winter bibs but they never fit well. I'm not the stereotypical cyclist build, I'm short and thick. To get the size to fit my "girth" the legs are always too long on most brands, leading to a wad of material cuffed up at the ankles. That's not a comfortable way to ride.

I recently purchased a pair of the winter bib tights from RedWhite Apparel in a XXL size and saw they had a shorter leg option. This sounded great since I have non optional shorter legs. ;-) Not only do they fit well, the legs are the perfect length. I've only ridden with them once but hope to get on the bike very soon. Sometimes life gets in the way of cycling and now winter has become too cold and snow ids currently falling.

Yuva and RedWhite Apparel has out done themselves once again. The fit and material are top notch and the sizing information is spot on. Great work and great service. The bibs were in my hands in only a couple of days.

Thank you for making such a great product!

Top Notch Winter Bibs To Go The Distance

Initially saw the website on Facebook, started reading the reviews. Once they offered a shorter, full bib offering I decided to purchase a pair. I bought a Medium / Short version of their Winter bib. The correspondence was excellent and shipping was rapid. Initial impression was excellent and they continue to impress me. I live in a dry, but cold region of the US, Bend Oregon. These have been the best winter bibs I have ever personally owned. I have worn Castelli, Specialized and such. The quality of materials and construction is absolutely top notch. I have used them 6 times both for mountain biking and gravel biking so far and they have performed perfect. One day was 31* with a wind chill of 27*. I never felt a bit of cold radiating through the bibs as I have with the Castelli brand. They might be a bit warm at temperatures above 50* but time will tell. Just for reference, I am 5' 5" with a 29-30 inch inseam with a weight of 148 lbs. These fit quite snug, but once on the bike they fit and work as they are designed. I might try a large next time, but uncertain. Bibs tend to stretch a bit after a few months of use so time will tell. Again, if you are on the fence about these, hop off and purchase a pair. They are truly wonderful bibs and the company is second to none. I will definitely be purchasing a summer set of bibs once it warms up.

Winter Bibs so comfortable, bought another pair

As expected with RW products, these bibs are well-designed and well-made. I'm 5' 11" and 172 pounds. I wear size L in the RW bib shorts so ordered size L for the winter bibs. Fit is excellent. Have worn these comfortably in temps as low as 38F/3C without issue. Excellent customer service and quality make these a worthwhile purchase.

    Great Bibs!

I now have 5 pairs of RW bibs. The pad is probably the best I've ever used - I do a lot of Audax long distance rides and these are better than the endurance/distance bibs of some other very well known brands. I wore the winter bibs on a 200k yesterday where the temperature was 2-7 Deg C all day and was comfortably warm. I'm 182cm and 74kg and the Large fit me just right.

Superb Length, Snug Fit and keeps you warm against the cold wind

I'm 6'-4" tall with a hip & glute circumference around 39.5". The Large size fits me perfectly.

    Excellent Customer Service

RedWhite customer service is exceptional! I sent an email to confirm the correct size for winter bibs, and got a reply within hours. The initial product I ordered arrived quicker than if the company was in the USA. When the original order arrived there was some kind of sticking stuff inside one of the legs. I sent a picture with note to RedWhite about the situation. Almost immediately I got an email telling me a replacement order would be sent. I got the replacement bibs as quick as the first order. I asked what I should do with the defective product and got a timely reply telling me to give them a good washing and try to get some use out of them. You will not find a business with better customer service than this. Early this year, I ordered bib shorts from RedWhite with the same outstanding customer service and timely delivery. Both the shorts and winter tights are top of the line.
