Need to send a bibshort back to RedWhite Apparel from the United Kingdom? Purchase a Royal Mail Return Label here. This will be the International Tracked Airmail service. Returns will take 10-14 days from the U.K. to Singapore and comes with a tracking number.

    How to Buy this Label

    1. Select the number of bibshorts you are sending back.
    2. Add to Cart & Checkout as normal. Please enter your full name, home address as per your earlier orders with RedWhite Apparel
    3. Pay for your label.

    What happens after you buy this Label

    1. You will receive an email from us with your Royal Mail label. It will be pre-loaded with your name and home address (sender's details) and RedWhite Apparel's return address in Singapore.
    2. Pack up the bibshorts, paste the label on the package, and drop off the package at your nearest Royal Mail Post Office (do not use the street Post Box)
    3. Pack up your bibshort and slip in a note with details regarding your order and what you'd like us to do (Refund or Exchange the product).

    How long do Returns take?

    1. It takes an average of 10-14 days for a package to reach us from the UK.
    2. Once we receive it, we will issue you a Refund or send you a Replacement bibshort. You need to specify this on the note you include in the package.

    All RedWhite Apparel Bibshorts are covered by our Crash Replacement policy. Under this policy, if you experienced a crash while riding or racing and damaged your RedWhite Apparel garment, you will get 50% off replacement kit.

    To get started with your Crash Replacement, email yuva@redwhite.cc and provide the following information :

    • Details of your crash
    • Photos of injuries 
    • Photos of damaged garments
    • What size and model of the garment you'd like replaced at 50% of the listed price.

    We will review your information and will send you an invoice with a convenient payment link for your replacement kit.

    Do note that this Crash Replacement Policy only covers bibshorts purchased directly from this website. 

    Please also note that the 50% discount will be only applied on the identical item you purchased and crashed in. The discount will also be calculated based on the current listed price of the product on the website. If the item you are replacing is not available, the discount will be applied on a similar replacement product currently available.
