The Cargo Bib Short (Men's) with Pockets is designed to help you ride further than ever before. 4 large pockets allow you to store large quantities of nutrition, inner tubes, tool kits, spare clothing and more. These pockets are made from a tough & stretchy nylon fabric that is snag-resistant.

This bib short has a custom fit for for shorter & heavier riders with the introduction of 2" shorter inseam size options. More details below 👇.

A Bib Short Built for Long Distance Rides

This bib short is designed to help you crush big miles in comfort. It is made for rides of more than 5 hours and has been ridden in events such as :

  • Transcontinental Race
  • AUDAX
  • Paris-Brest-Paris
  • Race Across America
  • Pacific Coast Bicycle Race
What can these pockets carry? :

The model in these photos is 6 foot 1 inch, 40" Hip & Glute circumference, weighs 182 lbs. He is wearing a size XL (Regular) and is carrying the following items, with room for more

  • Samsung Galaxy S9+ phone & 1 Gel with room for 2 more (thigh pocket)
  • 3 cereal bars, with room for 1 more (thigh pocket)
  • Banana & 2 inner tube (lower rear pocket)
  • Pump, Tyre Levers & 1 inner tube (upper rear pocket)
Available in 2 Inseam Lengths:

This bibshort is available in 2 inseam lengths - Regular & 2" Shorter Inseam. The 2" Shorter inseam version is a Regular Length with 2" taken off the legs. It's tailored for riders who need bibshorts with shorter legs.

For example : A 180 lbs (81kg) rider who is 5 foot 6" would need a size XL or 2XL for his girth. However, the size XL (Regular) or 2XL (Regular) will be too long for him. He will need the size XL (2" Shorter Inseam) or size 2XL (2" Shorter Inseam) for his 5 foot 6" height.

Note for Returning Customers :

This bib short has been designed to retain the same fit, feel and performance as the bibshorts you've been purchasing for years from RedWhite. The only major change is the new Silicone Macro-Dot Gripper (see photos). This gripper was chosen for 2 reasons :

  1. It is more durable and doesn't overstretch with use. It stays grippy longer than the gripper used in our older bibshorts.
  2. It grips knee and leg warmers & coolers better. You can easily slip this gripper over the ends of your knee / leg coverings and have it hold those coverings better than the old grippers.

Keen eyed customers would notice the new rubber logo stitched on left thigh. This rubber logo has been ride-tested extensively. You won't notice it while riding. It is also washing-machine friendly and durable. Please note to only wash your bibshort in a cold wash cycle and never use a dryer-machine. Heat damages lycra and rubber.

    Best bibs on the market!

I ONLY wear RW bibs now...for long hauls on the bike (>12 hr rides), climbs in the rocky mountains, or bike-packing trips in SE asia. Highly reccommend this product!

    Fantastic

These bibs are by far and away the most comfortable I have owned. I just got into Randonneuring and was amazed at the number of recommendations to REDWHITE Apparel. I completely understand now. I am 5'6" 145pounds and the Large (Regular) fit perfectly. I highly recommend letting the good folks @ REDWHITE apparel help fit you however there fit chart was dead on.

    Great Bib, great price

I really like these bib shorts at this price point. Sure, there are others of equivalent quality, but generally about $100 more expensive. These really work well for the long ride, and great pockets. I will be purchasing more.

    Best bibs in existence. Period.

Seriously, nothing I've tried has come close to RedWhite bibs in comfort. I've worn everything from Castelli, to Black bibs, Gorewear, Pearl Izumi, etc. and always end up wanting my RedWhite bibs instead. If you ride long distances like me, you can't go wrong. Their custom fit department, consisting of Yuba himself, is an amazing service as well. I recently crashed and the EMTs had to cut my bibs off of me, and RedWhite still gave me a crash discount. Love this company so much! You're the best!

    Amazing shorts!!

    Great Shorts

These are my favorite bib shorts. It is so much easier to grab my phone from the front pocket instead of reaching back to my jersey pocket. I recently rode without a jersey and used all of the pockets of my shorts. I hardly knew anything was in there.

    Far exceeded expectations!

I recently completed a big endurance benefit ride; I wore only RedWhite bibs for the ride- I thought it was an awesome opportunity to put these to the test. I logged 332 miles wearing the cargo bibs across New England. The pockets are spacious and well placed; I could carry all the essentials and a little extra. In addition, these bibs are very comfortable. After 332 miles, I had saddle sores; the chamois on these is built for severe endurance riding. In addition, as this riding took place over multiple days, I washed the bibs in the shower, hung them up overnight, and dried quickly so I could be assured they would be ready to ride the next day. To say I was impressed is a vast understatement. I'm about to replace my whole riding wardrobe with RedWhite bibs!

I'm glad the pockets came in handy for carrying all your essentials. And thank you for trusting us with your entire riding wardrobe - Yuva

    Simply better.

Having used Red White bibs several years ago and being always happy with them, when I moved to Europe i stupidly got caught up with the idea of trying the well known brands and in many ways was satisfied by them ( despite their high cost) but never completely satisfied! There was always something that took away from the quality, stitches that come apart etc. small details that shouldn’t happen.
I ride 400+kms every week so the shorts get a lot of use and need to be able to be comfortable, maintain their shape and be something that I forget about when riding, day after day.
After a month of wearing them I can honestly say that they fulfill all my expectations and for a price that is more than reasonable.
Back as a complete fan of Red White and will definitely be making another purchase soon.
    Thanks for your integrity Yuva.

    Really comfortable

Really comfortable chamois and practical cargo pockets. M 180cm 75kg, 39" hip/glute circumference went for size L based on measurements, I was on the edge between L and XL based on glute circumference, L feels a bit tight in the stitching around the glutes and tight around the legs/hips whilst riding so maybe should have gone for XL but otherwise feels really comfortable and hopefully they stretch a bit/I lose some weight :).
